Technical data

"Intonachino grosso" is a product with an accurate granulometric selection of grinded minerals which are mixed to the lime putty and permits a excellent finishing in a single coating.
The natural powders of various pastel shades determine the basic tones of the product destinated to enhance in time.
Once spreaded, the product can be finished using a spatula of soft sponge or of rigid plastic, obtaining two different kinds of finishing and when completely dry they will have light and harmonious shadings.

Applying "intonachino grosso" directly on rough or fine mortar, with a thickness of 2/2,5mm guarantees an external finishing complete and time-lasting. Moreover, due to its characteristics of being a strong gripping material, it's excellent for future uses on the same or on any other material.
For particularly difficult surfaces we suggest the application of the vinyl consolidated insulator of "Bericalce".

  Application
suggestments
  a) Use only new sponge clothes for the final touch.

b) To finish the applied intonachino, one can use clean water and mix in a small quantity of intonachino of the same colour.

c) The product is applied in a single coating.

d) Before applying the product on the wall, we suggest first to do the profiles of doors and windows and carefully finish the edges.

e) Be assure that surfaces are omogenous that permits a correct drying and then to provide to further sealings if necessary.

f) It's important to start from the top, crossing horizontally at about 70cm., continuing this work with strips always on fresh. The application must be done in a uniform way with constant time.

g) Working with sponge on dry intonachino can ruin the final efficiency and aspect.
